During our second Intro to Visual Communication Course, we started the semester by creating “sketchbooks” based on different food experiences. I focused mine on food dye, expired food, rotten food, food waste, and fresh food. Some of the images I used for this project I took myself, and others wers stock images. The project was completed in a collage format.

Process
To prepare for the project I started taking pictures of my own food waste, and organized it into trash, waste, cooked foods, and processed/ unnatural foods. I then later used these images in the collages to incorporate my own waste into the project.
